Ingredients
Pieces of leftover paratha
Chopped onion
Chopped capsicum
Chopped coriander
Chopped carrot
Chopped tomato
Tomato ketchup
Salt
Red chilly
Garam masala
Coriander powder
Turmeric
Cumin seeds
Namkeen
Sweet and salty biscuits

First in to hot oil saute cumin and all vegetables
After one minute add all spices and tomato ketchup
Mix it and add very less water
Add paratha and fresh coriander and cook it on high flame for 2-3 minutes
Last add namkeen and biscuits
Serve hot and immediately
