She steps into The Swamp to meet Chef Michelle Gioviti of The Fat Tuscan, who taps into generations of her Italian family tradition to create food from scratch — the way grandma did it. Together they head to the Gulf Coast to visit one of the largest farm-raised clam producers in the country. That means Gator gameday is a Clam Jam… handmade pasta topped with the bounty of the ocean!
