Lose My Muffin Top in 30 Days Challenge

Ok this is it…my accountability video (my husband couldn’t believe I did this video) I had to do it. Now that you all have seen my muffin top there is NO BACKING OUT!! I MUST GET RID OF HER and I will starting today Feb. 13, 2011.

My Regimen: (6 days a week. I will go to 3 days a week to maintain once I reach me goal)

Cardio & Weight Losss- Julian Michael’s 30 Day Shred DVD
Body & Ab Toning– No More Trouble Zones & 6-Week Six-pack DVD (by Jullian Michael’s)

1.) Drink 8 oz of water before each meal and snack (consume 64 oz a day)
2.) Each sensible portions and healthier types of food.
3.) Cut back on sugary foods and enriched products.
