In this episode of Local Flight, Shawn and Brian Means of Dirty Habit get a taste of Matcha green tea during a traditional Japanese Tea Ceremony and take what they learned back to the bar to create their own innovative tea cocktail. FULL RECIPE BELOW

LIQUID POETRY:
1.5 oz. Grey Goose Vodka
.5 oz. Ginger Liqueur
1 oz. Lemon Juice
.5 oz. Matcha Jasmine Tea Cordial
.5 oz. Egg White
Combine all ingredients together and dry shake (w/out ice).
Add ice and shake another 10-15 seconds.
Double strain into a large coupe glass.
Garnish with Hibiscus Powder and Corn Flowers.
