Ingredients
• 50g (1.8 oz) beef
• 1 small onion
• ¼ apple
• ¼ medium carrot
• ¼ sweet potato
• 1 teaspoon plain flour (for thickening)
• 2 tablespoons olive oil
• A pinch of salt or stock cube (from 12 months)

Meaty Sweet Potato is one of the foods that I give my children. I prepare their meals with the food and vegetables they love and these are easily available in Nigeria.
Feel free to add vegetables that your kids love in these recipes. Also, remove any they do not like. You can completely customize these to suit your kids. The most important thing is to prepare foods that your children love.
