As it’s name implies, it’s made with ginger ale, as well as rum, orange juice, lime juice, and bitters. It tastes like a Mimosa, if you subbed ginger ale for champagne, and swapped Five Alive for orange juice, with bitters on top. I’ll be honest, this one is middle of the road. Not the greatest, not the worst, but worth a try. Prepare for Easter drinks 2013 next week, because Easter comes super early this year.

2 dashes bitters
4 oz ginger ale
