Hush puppies
Recipe:
– 1 cup of cream corn
– 1 cup of sprouted buckwheat pancake Mix
– 1/4 fine diced bacon (golden brown)
– 1/4 green onion chopped
– 4 eggs
– Salt
– Pepper
Method:
1- Mix all ingredients together
2- using a spoon full of mix in 350F deep fryer
3- fry for 3-4 minutes
4- drain on paper towel
5- season with salt and serve with your favorite sauce
