Noorani hara keema ….. easy recipe




Ingredients:-

1/2 kg boild mutton mince (keema)
3 onion fine chopped. (Pyaz)
1 cup dil leaves (sowa)
1 cup green peas. (Hari mutter)

Ingredients for green pest:-

1 pc ginger (adrak)
10 pc garlic (lahsun)
8 green chilli (hari mirch)
1 cup coriender leaves (dhania patta)
2 tablespoon Amul butter

Ingredients for masala:-

2 bey leaf (tej patta)
4 cloves. (Loung)
5 cardamom. (Hari ilaichi)
8 black papper (kali mirch)
1 big cardamom. (Badi ilaichi)
1/2 teaspoon cumin (jeera)
1 stick cinnamon. (Daal chini)
1 teaspoon turmeric powder (haldi)
1 teaspoon garam masala powder
2 tablespoon coriander powder (dhania powder)

1 tablespoon suger (shakker)
