Oatmeal Banana Brownies are a Healthier and Gluten-free version of the regular brownies, as they contain oatmeal in place of regular flour, sweetened with bananas (also add to the softness) and lesser amount of sugar, and oil in place of butter. Nevertheless, they are extremely soft, chocolatey and delightful!

Ingredients for Oatmeal Banana Brownies:

Regular/plain Oats – blended into a fine powder, 1 ¾ cup;
Regular unsweetened Cocoa powder – ¾ cup;
Baking powder – 2 tsp;
Salt – ½ tsp;
Banana – fully ripe, mashed, 3 no./2 ½ cup;
Eggs – large, 2 no.;
Sugar – ¾ to 1 ½ cup (as per taste);
Cooking Oil – ½ cup;
Regular whole Milk – ½ cup.
