Oopsie Bread Gluten Free Low Carb Video Recipe cheekyricho



Using only 5 ingredients this versatile little Gluten Free Alternative to Yeast and Flour Bread. I t does contain fibre and is light and delicious. Have it instead of hamburger buns or as a breakfast food too. We hope you give it a try.
10 grams psyllium husk
1/2 teaspoon GF baking powder
4 eggs separated
pinch of salt
160 grams low in fat cream cheese
Whip egg whites with salt until quite stiff and sprinkle with psyllium husks. In a separate bowl whip yolks, add baking powder and cream cheese beating to dissolve any lumps. Gently Fold half the yolk mixture into the egg whites taking care not to squash all the air out of the mix, then fold the remaining yolk mix in until just combined. Spoon large spoonfuls onto a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake for 25 minutes at 150 degrees celsius. Serve how or cold with soup, stews or as a substitute for bread.
