Makes 12-15 cupcakes
Ingredients:
-1 1/3 cup flour
-1/2 cup cocoa powder
-1 tsp baking powder
-1/2 tsp baking soda
-2/3 cups sugar
-1/3 cup butter, softened
-1 cup yogurt (plain or vanilla)
-2 eggs, room temperature
-1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Frosting
-3/4 cups butter, softened
-splash of vanilla extract
-1 1/2 cups icing sugar
-1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
-1/2 cup Oreo crumbs
+ extra Oreos for topping and for base 🙂
