This cake tastes even better than traditional carrot cake and without all the bad for you ingredients. It takes a very short time to make and I believe you will love it as much as I do.
I used honey but you can use maple syrup, coconut nectar or any sweetener of your choice. For the extra ingredients at the end, cacao and dates make a wonderful combination.
