Ingredients :
– 2 cup boiled pasta
– 2 tbs butter
– 1 cup capsicum cut into lengthwise
– 1 cup carrot cut into lengthwise
– 1/2 cup grated cheese
Ingredients for sauce:
– 4 tbs of butter
– 2 tbs of maida ( all purpose flour )
– 2.5 cup milk (boiled and cooled)
– 1 tbs of dried oregano
– 1tbs of dried chilli flakes or basil
– 1 tbs pepper powder
– Salt
