The Pineapple Upside Down Cake shooter usually combines grenadine, vanilla vodka, and pineapple juice. I found an interesting version that also mixes in bourbon and peach schnapps, but the first three ingredients are the essential ones. The taste is highly reminiscent of the Pineapple Upside Down cake, which I do indeed know about (ask me, and I might tell you about all of the secret lives I’ve had so far). This is a pretty simple drink that should definitely be in any bartenders arsenal.
