Here is the recipe:

1 1/2 Cups (120g) Rolled Oats
2 Scoops (60g) Vanilla Protein Powder
2 1/2 Teaspoons Baking Powder
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
4 Teaspoons Sweetener
1 1/2 Teaspoons Ground Cinnamon
1 Banana
1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
1 Large Egg
1/2 Cup (4 Ounces) Sugar Free Vanilla Coconut Milk (or Regular Milk/Other Milk Substitute)
1/2 Cup (113g) Fat Free Cottage Cheese (or Plain Greek Yogurt)
1/4 Cup (30g) Chopped Walnuts (or whatever type nuts you prefer)

Add your Rolled Oats into either a food processor or blender and process/blend it until they look like flour. Add all of your dry ingredients into either your food processor or a large bowl. Process/mix your dry ingredients together. Add in your wet ingredients. Mix everything together (as soon as everything looks mixed together, stop mixing). Turn your waffle iron on and coat it with non-stick cooking spray. Pour your mix in! Enjoy!

Tips: Top with cool whip, ground cinnamon, fat free whipped cream, nuts, fresh fruit, sugar free syrup, nutella, and/or protein frosting!
