INGREDIENTS:
Dough:
3 1/2 cups all purpose flour
3/4 cup warm milk
1/3 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 tbs yeast
3 tsp salt
1 tbs vanilla extract
1 cup butter

1 qt of canola oil for frying

Glaze:
1 cup powdered sugar
2 tbp milk
1 tbp dark rum
2 tbs maple syrup
1 tsp ground clove
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp ground allspice
1 tsp ground ginger

Sugar coating:
1 tsp ground clove
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp ground allspice
1 tsp ground ginger
1 cup granulated sugar
