Today I show you how to make Rainbow "Paint Splatter' style cupcakes – Perfect for Artist Parties and Paintball themed events, these are a unique twist on traditional Rainbow Cakes :)

Tools & Equipment:
Cupcake tray with cupcake liners
Wax / baking paper
Piping Bag
Open round piping tip
Zip lock bags (lots!)
Serrated knife
Spoon
6 bowls & spoons
Food colours – I used assorted colours. For a neon effect use americolour colours from the electric colour range
Ingredients:
Vanilla cake mix (your favourite recipe of a packet mix is fine)
Buttercream frosting (recipe link below)
Small batch of ganache (75ml whipping cream with 150g dark or milk chocolate)
