Raspberry Sorbet Recipe | Cupcake Jemma

It’s still HOT! Yay! Thanks Summer. And what could be more refreshing than a tangy raspberry sorbet? Not much. So here is my recipe. It’s really easy…

Recipe –
750g fresh raspberries
150g sugar
2 tbsp liquid glucose
1/2 tsp vanilla extract

(yes, I know, that’s FOUR ingredients.)
