Gluten Free Almond Flour Muffins

2 c Almond Flour
1/2 tsp Baking Soda
4 Eggs
1 tsp Apple Cider Vinegar
1-2 tbsp Sweetener – Honey, Maple Syrup, Brown Sugar, etc.

Mix together, bake for 20 minutes at 350*. Cool in the pan for 30 minutes, and devour.

Add in whatever ‘flavor’ you would like – blueberries, diced apples and cinnamon, pumpkin, carrots and raisins…. the possibilities are endless!
