RECIPE: Tiramisu (Gluten-Free)

INGREDIENTS:
3 egg yolks
3 egg whites
4 tablespoons sugar http://bit.ly/1oGa4s1
8ounces mascarpone cheese
5.3 ounce package lady fingers http://bit.ly/YW5Upu
1-1/4 brewed espresso
2 tablespoons cacao/cocoa powder http://bit.ly/1vC1rE0
Dark chocolate shavings or raw cacao nibs http://bit.ly/1rOYIXn

PREPARATION:
-Beat 3 egg yolks with sugar, then add mascarpone cheese and blend.
-Beat the eggs whites until stiff, and fold into mixture.
-Soak lady fingers in espresso for 10 min on each side.
-Arrange ladyfingers in a ceramic dish.
-Cover them with half the mascarpone mixture
-Create another layer of ladyfingers and top it off with the remainder of mascarpone mixture.
-Sprinkle cacao powder all over and top it off with dark cacao nibs.
-Refrigerate for at last 6 hours or overnight.
-Serve and enjoy!!
