1lb Rigatone Pasta
2 cups torn basil leaves
3 cloves garlic
1/2 cup grated parmesan
1/4 cup pine nuts
1/4 cup olive oil (adjust amount depending on the consistency)
1 cup cherry tomatoes
2 cups baby spinach (2 large handfuls)
salt to taste
