RECIPE BELOW | World champion freerunner Tim Shieff is back on Food Tube sharing his favourite vegan snack recipe – sweet potato wedges with flaxseed oil and paprika. Whether you’re vegan or not it’s way better than going to the chippy and ten times tastier.

What other cool things can you do with a sweet potato?

Sweet potato wedges

Ingredients
4 potatoes, cut into wedges
flaxseed oil
1 heaped tsp paprika

Method
Preheat oven to 200C
Cut the sweet potato into quarters. Place the sweet potatoes into a roasting tray along with the oil, paprika and then shake until all combined.

Pour out into a roasting tray and bake for 35-40mins or until golden and baked through.

Serve up with a dollop of ketchup, salsa or vegan mayo.
