Ice Cream:
1 cup dark chocolate
2 cups cream
1/2 cup whole milk
3/4 cup sugar
2 egg yolks
1 cup mini marshmallows
1/2 cup chopped almonds
Waffle Cone:
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup all purpose flour
2 egg whites (from two whole eggs)
2 tbsp melted butter
3-5 tbsp whole milk (adjust to desired consistency)
