SALTED CARAMEL ICE CREAM (How to)

Smooth, creamy and incredibly delicious!

Salted caramel sauce:
60g butter
3/4 cup of brown sugar
1 tablespoon of water
1 teaspoon of vanilla
1/2 cup of cream
1 tablespoon of condensed milk
1-2 teaspoons of salt (add one, have a taste and add the other if you like it saltier)

Ice cream:
500ml of whipping cream
1 cup of sifted confectioners sugar
3/4 cup of condensed milk
1 teaspoon of vanilla

Then add about 1/2 cup of the sauce to the ice cream mixture. Leave a little extra to top 🙂
