Schezwan sev is really tasty just like crunchy schezwan noodles. Normally people makes Sev, Aloo Sev, Aloo Bhujia, Mint sev, Aloo Mint Sev but I made Schezwan sev to give it chinese taste.
Ingredients :
1 Cup Gram Flour
1/2 Cup Rice Flour
2 Tbsp Schezwan sauce
1/4 Tsp Asfoetida
1/4 Tsp Crushed carom seeds
2 Tbsp Red Chili powder
Salt to taste
