1.5 oz Grey Goose
1/2 oz lemon juice
1 oz grapefruit juice
1/2 oz simple syrup
1/2 oz dry fino sherry
1 drop peychaud’s Bitters

splash of soda
put ice in shaker, shake, pour into glass, top off with soda, garnish with grapefruit skin
