Kelis has a delicious twist on a classic Colombian street food snack – Arepas. These corn based flatbreads are usually made plain but Kelis has added crispy bacon to the mix for a smoky flavoured crunch. Grilled over an open flame and topped with light and fluffy Queso Blanco cheese, chorizo and coriander salsa, these Arepa’s make the perfect lunchtime snack.
