Spinach Fatayer
Delicious Middle Eastern pie stuffed with spinach, nothing can be better, crunchy and tasty.
Ingredients
For the dough
2 cups all purpose flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp sugar
1/2 tbsp instant yest
1/4 cup oil
3/4 cup warm water
For the stuffing
500 grams spinach
1 medium onion chopped
1 medium tomato chopped
1/4 cup olive oil
3 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1/2 tbsp sumac
1 tsp salt
1 tsp salt to squeeze the spinach
1/4 cup oil for bake and brush
Serve with fresh mint and tomato wedges
