Strawberry Banana Bread

1 cup vegetable oil, plus more for greasing
3 cups all-purpose flour, plus more for dusting the baking dish
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon freshly grated nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon salt
4 large eggs
1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon lemon zest
2 large bananas, mashed
1 pound strawberries, hulled and chopped
1 1/2 cups walnuts, chopped
1 cup powdered sugar
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice.

1.Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish with oil and evenly dust with flour, shaking off any excess.
2.In a large bowl whisk together the flour, cinnamon, baking soda, nutmeg and salt.
3.In a medium bowl beat together the eggs. Add the sugar, oil, vanilla and lemon zest and beat to combine. Stir in the mashed bananas. Add the wet ingredients into the dry and stir until just combined. Fold in the strawberries and walnuts. Transfer batter to the prepared baking dish and bake until a tester comes out clean, 45-50 minutes. Remove from oven and allow to cool.
4.In a small bowl whisk together the powdered sugar and lemon juice until smooth. Spread the icing over the cake.
