Just like a regular Mojito, except with muddled strawberries, this is a great drink for summer. If fresh strawberries, mint, and lime sound refreshing on these brutal summer days, well them you would be right!

STRAWBERRY MOJITO

Muddle the following:
6-8 mint leaves
4 large strawberries, quartered
1.5 oz simple syrup (or 2 tsp sugar)
Add:
2 oz light rum
0.5 oz lime juice
cracked ice
Top with club soda
Garnish: mint sprigs and strawberry
