Stuffed Peppers with Instant Rice recipe ingredients:
2 Peppers (green, red, yellow or orange)
1/2 pound Ground Beef (chuck or ground turkey)
1/4 cup of uncooked Instant Rice
1 can of diced tomatoes (14.5 oz.)
2 Tbsp. of finely chopped onions
1 Tbsp. Worchestershire Sauce
1 Egg
1 cup of Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese (optional)
1/2 Tbsp. of fresh parsley or oregano (optional)
Sea Salt and Pepper to taste
