Switchel
For 1 Serving
INGREDIENTS:
¾ tsp ground ginger
1 T honey
1 tsp molasses
1.5 cups water
2 T apple cider vinegar
PROCESS:
-Add ginger to a large mason jar.
-Add honey. -Add molasses.
-Shake cider vinegar, then measure out and add to jar.
-Add room temperature water.
-Cover with lid and shake.
-Refrigerate at least 2 hours or overnight. The layers will separate while it sits in the fridge. -Shake to recombine before serving.
-Pour through a micro-sieve into your serving glass.
