Tahini & Sesame Cookies – GLUTEN FREE Recipe

Ingredients & Quantities: ( for 25 – 30 cookies)

250gr or 0.55lb Tahini (sesame paste)
180gr or 0.40lb or 1cup Dark Brown Sugar
1 big Egg
1tsp Baking Soda
2tbsp Honey
1/2 tbsp Vanilla extract
a pinch of Salt
80gr or 0.18lb Sesame Seeds
