2 oz Grey Goose Cherry Noir
Juice of 1 Cup Muddled Tart Cherries
Soda Water
1/2 oz Lime Juice
.25 oz True Grenadine
Muddle cherries in glass, strain cherry juice and pour through funnel into a forced carbonator (1 C02 charge) to make cherry soda water. Put vodka and lime juice in glass, add ice, cherry soda water and top off with grenadine. Garnish with lime peel and cherries.
