This amazing cocktail contains Absolut Citron, Galliano, Cherry Heering, and tonic water. When you start with distinct ingredients like this, chances are good that you’ll end up with an amazing drink. My confession is that this was actually the second take we did on this recipe; the first version of this was way too strong on the vodka, and not enough on the Cherry Heering and Galliano. The finished product that you see in this video has a lot of cool tones in it: citrus, cherry, and surprisingly, orange. This is a great drink for winter and the holidays; the taste completely fits.
