Easy and tasty vegan, gluten free Kebab recipe using Quinoa and other veggies..certainly worth trying. Great to snack on or to share with friends 🙂

Ingredients/ Method

1 Cup uncooked quinoa.. Cook it like rice and use the entire quantity for the recipe.
1/2 cup chopped onion
3-4 boiled potatoes
1 cup carrots
1 tbsp grated ginger
1-2 cups chopped spinach
1-2 tsp Salt (as per your taste)
1 tsp red chilli pwd
1/2 tsp garlic salt
1 tsp Mango Powder ( Amchur)
2-3 tbsp oil for pan frying the Kebabs. You can deep fry them as well.

Mix all ingredients. Form small flat patties and cook on a pan until both sides golden brown… can’t get any simple than that 🙂
