Paneer Tikka is one of the best paneer recipe that can be served as a accompaniment. There are many ways by which this awesome mouthwatering recipe can be prepared. The authentic way requires either Barbeque grill or a conventional oven to get that smoky flavour. However not everyone has access to Barbeque & sometimes its simply not possible to use barbeque grills.
So, this step by step preparation method shown in this video will help you overcome that problem by using Tawa to cook Paneer Tikka dry.
This Method of preparation gives nice & crispy texture to paneer & vegetables but does not have smoky flavour.

Turmeric powder (haldi)
