Air Mail
Into a mixing glass add:
1 oz Fresh lime juice
Bar spoon of honey syrup (equal parts honey and water)
2 oz Rhum agricole (special rum from Martinique)
Add ice
Shake
Strain into a coup glass or champagne flute about ¾ full
Top with champagne
Garnish with a lime peel zest
