Hey guys, Chris Cirullo with cirullotraining.com and this is your next episode of Thriving Physique TV! Welcome back to the Paleo 101 series. Today were talking about Paleo recipes. For me, there are always a few simple guidelines personally that help me stay up on my protein and fat intake and ensure that i'm getting the veggies I need as well as if I'm out and about, don't have food cooked, or don't have planned meals for the week. The absolute minimum that I recommend for your meals when not planned out, ensure that you have a palm sized serving of protein, shoot for 2 cups of greens or other assorted veggies, and a fat source, whether thats avocado, coconut oil, MCT oil, nuts, grass-fed animal products etc, whatever is available. This will at least help you be sure that you're getting adequate nutrition when you fail to plan ahead. My hope for you however is that you would begin to utilize paleo recipes and structure a cooking plan for the week. This should be a plan that gives you an assortment of different foods.
