INGREDIENTS:
1 inch ball of Pizza dough
1 tsp Marinara
1 tsp shredded mozzarella Cheese
2 tsp sliced pepperoni
Pinch of dried oregano
STEPS:
1.) Stretch dough ball to fit deep-dish pan. Spread sauce and cheese over dough. Top with pepperoni and oregano.
2.) Light your wood-fired oven. Cook pizza for 5–7 minutes.
