INGREDIENTS:
1 pearl onion, sliced
½ tsp garlic
4 thyme leaves
1 Tbsp beef broth
1 piece crouton
½-inch circle provolone
STEPS:
1.) Sauté onion in a pot until soft. Add garlic, thyme and broth and bring to a simmer.
2.) Pour into an oven-safe dish, and top with crouton and cheese.
3.) Bake until is cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
