This stuffed snack is for when you need just a little spice in your life.

INGREDIENTS:
Vegetable oil for frying
3 mini Thai chilies
3 pieces cheese
1 Tbsp flour
1 quail egg for egg wash
2 Tbsp breadcrumbs

STEPS:
1.) Heat oil in a pot. Cut a slice in the side of the chili and de-seed. Fill with cheese.
2.) Coat the pepper in flour, then egg wash, and then breadcrumbs.
3.) Fry for 3–4 minutes.
