A little savory pie can still be packed with big flavor.

INGREDIENTS:
1 Tbsp mashed potatoes
½ tsp minced carrot
½ tsp minced onion
½ tsp minced celery
Thyme
1 Tbsp ground beef
⅛ tsp flour
1 Tbsp broth

STEPS:
1.) Sauté vegetables over medium heat. Add meat and thyme and cook until browned. Add flour and broth and simmer.
2.) Pour in an oven-proof dish and top with mashed potatoes. Bake at 400ºF until lightly browned.
