Ingredients for cookies:
300g dark chocolate
50 g white chocolate
3/4 cup plain flour
2/3 cup caster sugar
2 eggs
40g butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3/4 teaspoon baking powder
Filling:
1 cup icing sugar
80g butter
3/4 cup smooth peanut butter
1/3 cup cream
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
4 pieces of toblerone
