Ingredients for easy chocolate chip cupcakes
3 cups plain flour
2 cups caster sugar
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1 tsp bicarbonate of soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup chocolate chips
1 cup cold coffee
1 cup buttermilk
225ml vegetable oil
3 large eggs
how to make chocolate muffins
pre heat oven to 220 degress celcius
line the cupcake tins with cupcake liners
Sift the dry ingredients together
add the chococolate chips
mix well and keep aside
mix the wet ingredients and slowly add they dry mixture, stirring continuosly so that there are no lumps.
pour the chocolate chip cupcake mixture into the tins. pour to half way else they will overflow.
Bake for 5 to 10 mins until toothpick comes clean
