Start by frying chopped onions in vegetable oil Add chopped garlics to the fried onions Chopped tomatoes Tomato paste Chopped carrots Chopped potatoes Add washed lentils Add boiled water Cover it and cook for 25 minutes Seasons with some salt and black pepper Cook for another 2 minute then use an immersion blender to blend the soup Melt the unsalted butter in a small pan for the top Add paprika powder
Lentil Soup Ingredients:
1 cup red lentils
1 medium size carrot
1 medium size potato
1 medium size onion
1 medium size tomato
1 tablespoon tomato paste
4 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 teaspoon salt
Half a teaspoon of blackpepper
1.5L (50oz) boiled water
For the top:
Unsalted Butter
Paprika Powder
