If you're a lover of chocolate, you will love these moist and fluffy indulgent chocolate muffins!
Ingredients: (makes 14 small/medium muffins)
2 cups of plain flour
1/2 cup of cocoa powder
3/4 cup of sugar
2 teaspoons of bicarbonate soda
1 teaspoon of vanilla
1 teaspoon of coffee mixed in 2 teaspoons of water
1 cup of plain yoghurt
1 egg
1/2 cup of milk
1/2 cup of vegetable oil
3/4 cup of chocolate chips
Topping:
slices of mars bar or snickers .. or both!
melted dark chocolate
Bake for 20-25 mins. Each oven is different so keep an eye on them. When the skewer comes out clean, they're done! 🙂
