Filet mignon recipe:
4 filet mignon steaks
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 C. balsamic vinegar
1/2 C. dry red wine
Potatoes
4-6 red potatoes
2 sweet potatoes
olive oil, garlic, salt and pepper to taste.
Bake in oven at 400 degrees for approximately 45 minutes turning the potatoes at 20 minutes
Asparagus
olive oil, salt, and pepper to taste.
Bake in the oven at 400 degrees for 10 minutes.
