Plant based Judy’s recipe:

We also added Thai basil, and omitted the soy cheese on top as we didn’t have any. But don’t be scared to add some 🙂 We also added crushed tomatoes mixed with herbs.

-ingredients-
– 250g corn pasta lasagna sheets

– 1/2 red onion
– 3 cups chopped mushrooms
– 4 large tomatoes
– 3/4 cup tomato paste
– 4tbsp agave
– 4tbsp italian herbs
– smoked paprika, garlic & white pepper to taste

– 2-3 cups dairy free milk
– 1/2 gluten free flour
– 1/2 cup nutritional yeast
– 1tsp onion & garlic powder
– 1tbsp smoked paprika
– juice of 1/2 lemon
