These recipes are straight from home!

ORANGE BREAKFAST SMOOTHIE (serves for two people as seen in the video)
What You’ll Need:
– 1 cup of coconut water
– 1 carrot
– 1 banana
– 1 pear
– Cubes of papaya
– 1/2 passion fruit
– 2 tsp flax
– 1 or 2 walnuts
– 1 pinch of goji berries
– 1 tsp chia seeds

Directions:
1. Chop carrot up into cubes
2. Break banana into squares
3. Take frozen papaya cubes as many as you’d like
4. Slice pear into cubes
5. Slice passion fruit in half
6. Add
a) flax
b) walnut
c) goji berries
d) chia seeds
7) Blend

GLUTEN-FREE PANCAKES

(my mom’s embarrassed that they weren’t good so she doesn’t want to share lol)

but here’s another recipe

Gluten-Free Pancake Mix

PEANUT BUTTER, BANANA, RICE CRACKER SANDWICH
What You’ll Need:

– 1 banana
– Peanut Butter
– Butter knife
– Rice crackers

Directions:
1. Use butter knife and spread a layer of peanut butter on rice crackers
2. Slice up as many banana slices as you can
3. Lay on rice cracker w/ peanut butter
4. Take another rice cracker & make a sandwich

SALAD
What You’ll Need:

– Purple carrots
– Pea sprouts
– Chickpeas
– Avocado
– Yellow peppers
– Corn
– Your choice of lettuce/greens

Salad Dressing

What You’ll Need: (I’ll add the measurements soon :))
– Miso
– Mustard
– Lemon
– Lavender Syrup
